The sandbox is merely a theory established upon webmasters’ observations. It is still not proven that the sandbox exists, but we do know that the effects of the sandbox are happening.

Google has recently announced that they are now launching the Google Blog Search Pinging Service.
You may have already noticed that links from search engines and directories are extremely beneficial to your websites.
Traffic will flow from them, and you will also rank better in search engines if you get links from other highly ranked web directories.
Everyone will definitely want their sites to be indexed by search engines, or accepted by directories.
The problem is, some webmasters are being to hasty, and thus committed themselves into what we call as “Black hat SEO techniques”. This is a bad practice as it will instead bring more problems than benefits.
